COACH BROOKIE

“Feeling good is a daily routine!”

Brookie is an Afro-Cuban Jersey girl that relocated to Chicago in October 2019. Growing up, Brookie always had an affinity for team sports but grappled with social anxiety and never fully tapped into her potential.

Post college, she was cast in Esquire Network’s “White Collar Brawlers” series that put her through ten weeks of boxing & strength training…and then ultimately in the ring. This experience ignited her love for strength training and showed her movement routines that helped control her anxiety. From there, she went on to compete in over a dozen NPC bikini bodybuilding competitions, lead group fitness classes, and ultimately become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Brookie believes movement is the medicine that can cure all. Whether you’re training for an event or looking for routines to feel and move better, movement can always be the answer. “Group training is fun because each athlete is experiencing the session in a different way. It’s a meditative experience and a great way for athletes to release energy and forge fellowship with like-minded humans.”

Brookie joined Ethos because she believes it has everything you need to conquer the world. “…it’s literally a one-stop shop.” Brookie recently exited corporate America and has fully stepped into personal training & coaching. In her spare time, she loves listening to K-Pop, being a tourist in Chicago, or grabbing food in Chinatown!

“Investing in your wellness is the most valuable gift you can give yourself.
