Whether you're training for a marathon, recovering from an injury, or working toward picking up your grandkids pain-free, we are here to support you with intentional programming that is scalable for every fitness level. The primary goal of the Ethos group training program is to support development of lean body composition and healthy joints to support pain-free training. Our classes are accessible to all training levels, ages, and needs.

OUR CLASSES.

Total Body Strength.

TBS classes are the cornerstone of our training program, with an emphasis on multi-joint compound strength movements. This type of training is most effective for body composition change and lean muscle mass building. Our coaches can help tailor your workout to your skills and readiness level.

Conditioning.

Conditioning sessions complement our TBS classes, offering a more focused opportunity in the training week to develop aerobic capacity and recover from strength training sessions. Sessions are mostly interval based and are scalable for all skill levels.

Arms + Abs.

Arms + Abs is a torso-specific hypertrophy workout for trainees with physique based goals.

Mobility.

Everyday life limits our movement patterns into specific, less than optimal, ranges of motion. Mobility class is designed to get you outside of your comfort zone (literally) and help in the pursuit of developing flexibility and mobility. More strength in more space. Classes incorporates soft tissue techniques, range of motion exercises, and training of movement patterns for more optimal use of range of motion during our strength and conditioning classes.
