Intro Session
If you’re new to private training at Ethos, we recommend that you start here. Get to know Ethos as we get to know you. We’ll use this time to learn about your goals, preferred training style, and the things that get you fired up.

After your Intro Session, you’re ready to roll. You and your trainer will work towards your goals, monitor your progress, and continue leveling up.

Semi-Private
Looking to train with a partner or friend? Ethos offers 2:1 training sessions for the perfect mix of social + sweat.
Ready to get started?
Intro sessions will be booked with our Reception Team after you've completed the intake form. Once you've completed your Intro Session, our coaches will book any subsequent visits. Sit back and let us do the leg work. We've got your back!
