COACH DANI
“Rome wasn’t built in a day, aim for 1% better each day.”
Dani’s movement journey began long before her fitness career, shaped by competitive dance, swimming, track and field, and cross country. She later earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dance from Illinois State University and built a professional career in performance, choreography, and teaching. Her first kinesiology course shifted her trajectory, sparking a deep interest in human movement, strength training, and intentional program design. While coaching a competitive dance team, she discovered her passion for guiding individuals toward greater skill, confidence, and physical capability.
After touring with Waterstreet Dance Company, she expanded her career to focus on fitness alongside teaching and performing. As an experienced dance and acrobatics instructor and movement educator, she brings a distinctive, multidisciplinary approach to training, blending her creative background with evidence‑based methods to deliver sessions that are clear, purposeful, and empowering.
Dani’s work centers on meaningful connection and a strong sense of community. Her approach is highly individualized, emphasizing long‑term wellbeing through sustainable, integrated systems that support clients both inside and outside the gym. Whether training athletes, beginners, or young dancers, her mission is consistent: to help each person recognize their potential through thoughtful, sustainable, and purposeful movement.
She brings an uplifting presence to every session, contributing to a training environment where people feel supported, inspired, and excited to grow together. And yes, she brings plenty of laughter and dancing to the Ethos floor!
“ Success lies in our ability to step into the tension between who we are and who we want to be repeatedly…Time under tension baby!”
