Accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO & HSA/FSA.
Kasey leads the clinical team at Ethos Training Systems, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration where the patient-athlete’s wellbeing remains the top priority. Kasey is a licensed acupuncturist and board-certified clinician of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NCBAHM) with over 10 years of experience in sports, sports performance, and integrative healthcare. She specializes in sports medicine, orthopedic and sports injuries, and optimizing athletic performance. Having known roles of athlete, CSCS, coach, and clinician, Kasey draws from a deep background in collegiate athletics, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation to help her patients and athletes achieve their goals.
Kasey has a breadth of experience with individual athletes, professional and team organizations, and sporting events including soccer, professional rugby (WER - Chicago Tempest), professional hockey (NHL), ballet and dance, and endurance race athletes (Chicago Marathon, USA Triathlon National Championships, Ironman, Hyrox, and more).
Integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern sports medicine, Kasey can support each athlete's total wellbeing with acupuncture, electroacupuncture, dry needling (motor point and trigger point), cupping, auricular acupuncture, gua sha, dietary and herbal therapies, and corrective exercise recommendations.
In addition to Sports Acupuncture, Kasey helps her patients with various complaints including, but not limited to, women’s and menstrual health, fertility, digestive health, stress, anxiety, and general wellness. She takes time to listen to her patients’ experiences and to develop a space of trust and comfort. It is important to her that each person knows they have autonomy and agency in their health choices.
Outside of her clinical work, Kasey enjoys the beauty and quietude of nature, moving her body, and her communities in sport. She is privileged to assist her mentors, when able, Dr. Jenny Neiters and Whitfield Reaves, in Whitfield’s Acupuncture Sports Medicine Apprenticeship Program.
