LAUREN

Lauren “Lo” Taft originally hails from Columbus, Ohio (although Los Angeles has her heart). Lo lived in La La Land, dancing professionally for over 10 years. Now, you can find her dancing behind our reception desk (you’re welcome). 

She currently choreographs for the Chicago Bulls dance team, as well as several competition dance studios and local shows across the city. Chicago has been Lo’s home for almost three years now, and she’s so grateful to be part of the Ethos family. When she’s not lifting weights and drinking Backlot cold brew, you can find her whipping her hair around in heels in the dance studio.
