ACUPUNCTURE + TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been practiced for over 2,000 years. During acupuncture, a primary modality of TCM, hair-thin needles are used to direct blood flow and restore balance within the body, which helps to support our innate healing responses. Acupuncture is known to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, regulate hormones, balance emotions, and positively influence the nervous system. While acupuncture is immensely beneficial as a standalone practice, complementary modalities of TCM may be offered such as herbal medicine, gua sha, fire cupping, tui na, moxibustion, and more. As a holistic therapy, each patient’s treatment will be tailored to their specific needs. The practitioner will work alongside the patient to create a treatment plan that aims to both resolve symptoms and improve the patient's overall condition.
