MASSAGE THERAPY

After an initial assessment of the client's needs, we will use a variety of massage therapy styles that have been integrated for over 25 years of clinical treatment. Potential modalities include myofascial releases, neuromuscular therapy, orthopedic massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, stretching, and even stress reduction techniques. A single session may include one modality in isolation, or any combination deemed beneficial to the client. In addition, we can utilize an active-passive technique called Rossiter Therapy, which is related to rolfing and structural therapy. This technique will include the client lying, clothed, on the ground and going through a series of orchestrated movements while being stepped on. This creates a profound release of the tissue as well as activation of dormant muscle fibers. The outcomes include more mobility and movement of the joints, muscles, and improved overall health of your body.
