BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a powerful, therapeutic technique for releasing physical and emotional holding patterns in the body. We will utilize Conscious Connected Breathing, which is a transformational style of breathwork that involves breathing for 30-60 minutes. The results range from a profound state of peace and stillness, to a feeling of liberation and freedom. We will assess what your goals and needs are, then guide you through a supported breathing session. You will be offered homework and exercises for ongoing support. We suggest you commit to a minimum of 3 sessions for therapeutic benefit.
